Ufo Sightings In Old Texas Photo

A Texas witness in rural Hunt County reported an "unexplainable object visible in the background" of a family photo taken near Quinlan that cannot be identified, according to testimony in Case 52992 closed March 26, 2014, as an Unknown Aerial Vehicle from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The family photo was taken in April 1957. The case was submitted to MUFON December 27, 2013, and was investigated by Texas Field Investigator Thomas Diamond.  "Look over my right shoulder just above the propane tank and to the right of the telephone pole," the witness stated. "I've enlarged it on my computer and it looks like a cigar with flames coming out the back. I'd never noticed it until I enlarged the photo."  The witness submitted one image with the report.

From the investigator's report, the witness stated, "The picture is of me. My grandmother took the picture and she has since passed away. No one has ever mentioned anything about the picture. As I said, I was copying it to put in my computer and enlarged it. That's when I saw the object. May be something...may be nothing. Just curious."

Investigator Diamond reviewed the image.

"The photograph is an original, unaltered black-and-white photo with an unexplainable object visible in the background."  The object could not be identified and the report was closed as an Unknown Aerial Vehicle.

UFO Over Chile: A Flying Object Size of Two Soccer Stadiums

The photo of an alleged UFO in Chile has left more than one viewer startled after that country's Comité de Estudios de Fenómenos Aéreos Anomalos (CEFAA) confirmed its authenticity.

The image was taken in the area known as El Yeso Reservoir by a Venezuelan couple living in the southern country. The image was investigated by CEFFA through its director general, Gen. Ricardo Bermudez (Ret.).

"After considerable research time we reached a series of conclusions that are the same obtained in the United States, and which are: this photograph is real and not a hoax; Second, that the incidence of the light in these clouds is the same as that which falls upon the object; Third, that it has its own light, and therefore a series of portholes are visible. This is according to our Ph.D in meteorology, and according to the clouds existing at the time during that season in the Cordillera, makes it twice the size of the National Stadium (in Chile)," he told Terra Chile.

"We do not know what it is or where it came from, but the anomalous aerial phenomenon described as an unidentified flying object is real and we have the proof and the eyewitness accounts to support it," notes Bermudez, who was a military pilot for the Chilean Air Force, flying F-5 fighters among other craft.

Incredible Video Shows UFO In The Sky

The object darts out of a ball of light before exploding in mid-air. Shaking, the film-maker rushes from his car for a better look. We see the object change in size before bursting in a huge flash.

Driver says to his companion: "You can't see anything from where you're standing, you need to watch the zoom-in at the camera.

"What the f**k! It's turning, look at that. "It's coming down!"

It is thought to have been filmed on the Marechal Rondon highway, Brazil by a man called Alvaro Escobar El-Plaga.

Sci-fi expert Mick West, of website Metabunk.org, said: "There is not a lot in the original video that can be pointed to as an automatic fake.

"You would have to analyse the lighting and go frame-by-frame to see if the overlapping is consistent, but the video compression makes this impossible."

Jellyfish UFO Spotted Over Waglan Island, Hong Kong

An unidentified flying object (UFO) was reportedly being spotted hovering around the Waglan Island, Hong Kong, China on 27 March 2014. The object looked like a jelly fish and was spotted by Scott Waring, who later uploaded the video on YouTube.

Waring was looking for weather cams in the areas of Hong Kong, when he spotted the jellyfish like craft with dangling tentacles. The craft was easily identified, even though the sky was smoggy that day.

Waring says "I was looking over some weather cams in the Hong Kong area, because I have caught several UFOs on these cams a few years ago, but haven't checked them in a while. One of the screenshots has a jellyfish like craft in it the shows dangling tentacles. The sky is smoggy, but evident that the craft is there. This particular cam shows Waglan Island looking north-northwest".

Earlier a diamond-shaped UFO sighting in Hong Kong was reported on the night of 5 October 2013. The flying object was witnessed by Wu Xiaodong Yi, an ex-cable TV reporter. However, the same object was later confirmed to be Jupiter that was visible that night over Hong Kong, as reported by Huffington Post.

In another instance, a woman in the UK revealed that she spotted a flying saucer-shaped object hovering over her home island of Guernsey on 23 March 2014.  "There was this thing hovering in the sky. It looked as if it was spinning. I thought I was seeing things. Every now and again it went away and then came back again. I thought 'crumbs nobody will believe me' so I took a few pictures on my phone," Daily Star quoted her as saying.
